Information about my gift card or e-gift
Theatre Tokens are gift cards that can be used to buy tickets at over 300 theatres across the UK, including London's West End. They’re available as physical gift cards or e-gifts, and they never expire.
Theatre Tokens never expire. Even vouchers issued as far back as 1984 remain valid, as long as they haven’t been used already.
Some older vouchers may need to be replaced for up-to-date versions for security reasons.
You can report your Token lost or damaged here.
We’ll do our best to trace and, if possible, replace the remaining balance.
We recommend registering your Tokens on our website. This allows us to trace your Token Numbers using your email if they’re ever lost or damaged.

Yes, you can easily exchange your One4all card for Theatre Tokens.
A One4all card works in the same way as a credit card, so you just need to go to pay as you normally would and then use the details of the One4all card at checkout, as below:
Use your own name and address as the billing address of the card.
Select 'standard checkout'
Enter the 16-digit code One4all card number in the 'card number box'.
Enter the ‘valid thru’ date on the front of the card in the 'expiry date' box.
Enter the number behind the silver panel on the back of the card on the 'security code' box.
Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser to the retailer from whom the Tokens were bought.
If purchased directly from us, please email hello@theatretokens.com to request a refund. The request must come from the address used for purchase and within 14 days of placing the order. The Tokens must not have been redeemed.
Group gifting is a feature which allows multiple people to contribute towards an e-gift.
You can create a web page dedicated to the special occasion and share this page with others to ask them to contribute and leave their own messages for the recipient.
Using Theatre Tokens
Your Token Number is the 16-digit number starting with 630082 printed on your Token.
For some older Tokens the Token Number may be shorter and will begin with two letters (i.e. XX, TT, EE, LL, or AA).

Your PIN is the four-digit number displayed on your e-gift or revealed under the scratch-off panel on your gift card or voucher.
If there are more than four digits under the scratch-off panel, just use the final four numbers.

If the tickets you are buying cost less than the value of your Tokens, the remaining balance stays on your gift card or e-gift for future use. If tickets cost more, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
If using an old paper Token, the full value must be redeemed. Any remaining value will be issued back to you as a new gift card.
To redeem your Theatre Token, you'll need your Token Number and PIN.

Theatre Tokens can be exchanged for tickets at over 300 theatres across the UK. They cannot be exchanged for food and drink at the theatre.
Theatre Tokens can be spent at over 300 theatres across the UK as well as online on select websites.
Payment and delivery
We can accept orders from outside of the UK and e-gift purchases can be sent to any valid email address worldwide. We can, however, only despatch gift cards to a UK delivery address.
We offer four options for delivery:

You can pay for Theatre Tokens using a credit or debit card as well as Google or Apple Pay.
If your order has not arrived please send an email to us at hello@theatretokens.com. Make sure to include your order number.
We can post a replacement to you, or can send an e-gift to arrive the same day.

You can manage your communication preferences inn your account settings.

If you want to delete your account just send an email to us at hello@theatretokens.com and we will close down your account and delete your records.
Registering your Theatre Tokens is the best way to keep track of them and protect them from theft or loss, but you do not need to register your Tokens in order to use them.
Registering your Tokens also allows you to top them up, either adding money yourself or creating a link you can share with others.
You can add venues to your favourite locations to receive updates from them about shows and offers.
Either click the heart icon next to a venue on our find a theatre page or add to your locations on the my communication preferences page.
You can update your details by visiting your account page.
Reminders help you keep track of special occasions by sending you an email in advance, giving you plenty of time to purchase Theatre Tokens as a gift.
When you create a reminder, you can save the date, add the recipient's name, and note the occasion.
